Irish dancing is an athletic form of dance that can help build your balance, coordination, flexibility and fitness, as well as provide a great outlet to meet new people, do something for yourself and have a great time. All levels of experience are welcome at our Adult Classes!
In our Adult Class, we build fundamentals essential to technique and body alignment through correct warmup, stretching and progressive technical drills. Dancers will learn a variety of solo softshoe, hardshoe and ceili dances of various levels in a positive environment.
